The ALDI development in Raymond Terrace is an elevated modern retail building. The building's construction incorporated a combination of concrete and steel columns, post tensioned concrete slabs for first floor and the roof top tank, steel roof trusses and a combination of pre cast concrete wall panels, steel cladding, express jointed panels and face brick to break up and set apart the buildings elevations. This project won the 2008 Master Builder Excellence in Construction Award for Commercial projects between $3m and $6m.
