This 3.5 floor fitout is of open plan style in which floors are linked by internal stairways which were fabricated onsite. The fitout incorporated a unique mechanical system using ‘chilled beams’ as opposed to the standard format of air conditioning in high rise construction. This system is said to be unique is Queensland.
