This is a major State Government development which involves construction of a new Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre consisting of 42 inpatient beds, Consulting Rooms, Physio Gym and Staff Offices to provide community rehabilitation service for people with moderate to severe head injury resulting from accident, illness or stroke. This brand new facility is a stand alone expansion within the compound of the existing Alfred Hospital Caulfield Campus. The project also involves civil works for an additional car park on Kooyong Road boundary to provide an extra 111 car spaces for hospital users.

The Martin Street Car Park is a major development for Austin Hospital and involves the construction of an 18,000 square meter structure over existing operational car park.
It will provide the following:
Additional 752 car spaces over 5 levels, steel framed, pre-cast concrete structure
New lift, lift shaft and lift overrun pit, including saw cutting lower slab
The Bendigo Primary Health Centre is a major new development that will provide comprehensive, one-stop, multi-professional primary health care services to the Bendigo community.
The Bendigo Primary Health Centre is part of the Australian Government GP Super Clinic program that will deliver the high quality primary health care, as well as world-class education and training for future health professionals in a team-based and multi-professional environment. This project comprised of the extension of the existing medical clinic which included the construction of a new basement car park and ground level suspended slab to house new administration wing and medical consultation rooms.
This two level state-of-the-art medical clinic houses consulting and treatment rooms relating to mental health, childcare, dental, optical and general medical. It also features an imposing entrance atrium, an indigenous youth recreation area and general office, conference and boardroom facilities.
Green field construction of a new animal hospital at Australia Zoo. The building incorporates a conference area, viewing windows within the main operating theatre for education purposes. The building was designed and constructed using eco friendly materials such as rammed earth walls and straw bales.
