Eildon Apartments Completed for Brisbane Housing Company

Walton commence $42.6m residential development in heart of Prahran
November 16, 2012 - 13:45Walton have commenced site activity on an 8 level residential and retail development in the heart of Prahran. Emporia consists of 140 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments close to Prahran Markets on Commercial Road. The façade incorporates curved bronze aluminium fins with a range of tinted and fretted glazing and contrasting white concrete panels. Other features include Italian made kitchens, high end joinery installations, double glazed windows and a zen garden lounge and deck.
Lido Apartments speedy Design and Construct delivery provides clients and owners with early occupancy.
November 8, 2012 - 12:24Walton Construction successfully delivered the Lido Apartment Design and Construct project in Hampton, Victoria well ahead of the official contractual completion date of the 7th of February 2013 by achieving Practical Completion on the 23rd of October 2012 and in doing so provided their clients with the added bonus of taking receipt of a much earlier exchange of contracts and owner occupation.
