PROJECT:  Hogs Breath Cafe, North Parramatta

Walton Construction secured a Design and Construct contract for the development of the Hogs Breath Café in North Parramatta.

The Hogs Breath Café is a 240 seat restaurant constructed on a green site. The type of construction consists of a slab on ground, tilt up wall panels, structural steel roof framing and a metal deck roof. The project included external landscaping and car-parking facilities.

The contract time for the project including design was 20 weeks, with the design period being 6 weeks and the construction period being 14 weeks.
