The associated works included a multimedia installation with connectivity to similar installations in the US and future planned facilities in Asia Pacific. The Sydney installation is the showpiece for IBM's activities in the internet market in Australia.

This interior fitout marks a drastic departure from the IBM office standards and has received wide acclaim for its innovative approach to meet todays expectations. Exceptional design features, unusual finishes and the latest multimedia presentation techniques are successfully incorporated in the environment of this Heritage listed building.

The 3600m² project which included major building services upgrades was successfully delivered to a tight program, leading to the official opening only 10 weeks after on-site commencement.
