Walton won a number of competitive tenders for the high quality works at the new offices of the famous Melbourne stockbroking firm, J.B.Were and Son.

The large tenancy project comprised a number of floors in this prestigious new building and a range of very high quality finishes. The theme for the fitout directly related to the lines of the building facade and the material selection closely matched the firm's philosophies and marketplace reputation. This is evidence in the superbly constructed workstations, floor finishes, etched glass treatment and high quality aluminium window frames.

The project was carried out to particularly exacting timing requirements and was delivered on budget and within the time guidelines.
