Utilising a small overload space, the fit out was completed in a large number of short stages to allow the company to maintain its normal business operations.

The office occupies two Levels of the prestigious "Bourke Place" building in Bourke Street. As usual Walton Construction were required to carry out all deliveries and construction in a manner sympathetic to the other occupants in the building and in accordance with strict Building Management procedures.

The 2200m² fit out was completed in 15 weeks and includes high quality finishes such as polished plaster, Stainless Steel, Limestone Tiles and high gloss 2-pack painted wall paneling.
