This project was divided into three stages with staged handovers starting after 5 weeks. Stage 1 consisted of an extension to an existing building, Stage 2 a new building for the primary school and Stage 3 a new building for the high school.

The project team, consisting of an actively involved client, the project manager, consultants and Walton Construction, worked harmoniously and diligently to ensure the best outcome at all times. The result is an outstanding new learning facility for high school students and primary school students.

Despite challenging ground conditions and excessive inclement weather, the project was delivered on schedule. A delighted client received a cost effective new facility of the highest quality.
