The new premises for Radio 4BC and 4BH, situated at Cannon Hill under a flight path and adjacent to main railway lines, posed critical design requirements. The building contains two production studios, six broadcasting studios, two newsrooms and a large main control room servicing all studio areas. This is in addition to infrastructure controls to other areas such as a media interview room, sales and marketing, administration, library, workshops and research departments. The fitout posed critical coordination activity to ensure all aspects of design were met.
