The new offices for SV Partners included fit-out to the ground floor and level 1 of a heritage listed building located in Mary Street. Open plan work station areas as well as utility rooms and a high quality kitchen/breakout area were incorporated into the design. The boardrooms feature an operable wall system as well as designer lighting and concealed projector screen. Highly dependant on information technology, SV Partners is one of the first in Brisbane to use the new Cat 6a data cabling management system. Additional security measures were also installed.
