The Arts Music Student Centre (AMSC) project is located in Basement, Ground and Level 1 of the Arts West Building. Access to the existing 500 seat Copland Theatre on Basement Level is to be maintained for the duration of the project and the large volume of students using the theatre are to be managed.
The project consists of the following works:
Provision of new single and double height roof and facade structure adjoining Professors Court.
Provision of a large steel feature truss spanning from the existing structure to a new post adjacent to Professors Walk.
Internal refurbishment to part-Basement, Ground Floor and part-Level 1 of the
Arts West Building to create a new Student Centre, Student Lounge with associated amenities, and administration space.
Construction of new concrete and steel access stairs and platform lift to provide a new entry to the existing Copland Theatre from Bio-Medical Lane (west facade)

Bupa Templestowe is a new 144 bed Aged Care Facility in Templestowe, Victoria, which caters for high and low dependency clients. Walton will deliver this under a Design and Construct contract.
The project involved a complete alteration of an existing classroom to become an innovative audio visual environment designed for flexible learning and presentations.
The interior fitout incorporates;
Three different acoustic ceilings
Atkar acoustic, perforated & powdercoated wall paneling throughout
Floor vinyl & carpet entrance matting
Pivoting walls for flexible presentations options
Air-conditioning and heating
Two seperate internal basins with independent hot water & waste units, incorporating stainless steel benchtops
10no. laptop batter charger units
12no. wall and floor projectors and 4no. LCD panels, all individually theft protected
The exterior construction incorporates:
Merbau timber decking
Viridian double glazed bi-fold windows and powder coated frames
Auburn Medical Training Facility for the University of Notre Dame Australia is a development which consists of four levels and basement car parking, medical services including a Reverse Osmosis system and other medical gases required for educational purposes.
