First Australian Wagamama franchise constructed at King Street Warf in Sydney as phase one of a new development in a P3 multiplex building. After successful completion in Darling Harbour, Walton was once again engaged to construct another restaurant on Bridge Street in Sydney’s CBD.

The existing facility suffered from structural damage, rodent infestation, white ants and was stripped repaired and converted to HSBC’s new Parramatta Office. Major construction activities included a complete façade upgrade with new windows to the upstairs offices, relocation of existing shop front line, mezzanine extension to level 1, rebuild of existing WC and accessible amenities, extensive concrete repair, new mechanical plant on a purpose-built roof mounted platform.

This includes new stand alone structures and associated fitout, fitouts within existing shopping centres, and extension and fitout within a retail precinct. Walton works closely with the ALDI Stores and specialist nominated subcontractors to deliver stores on time to take advantage of peak trading periods.
