This project comprises of 10 terraced townhouses and 11 apartments.  The Torrens Title Townhouses are each three storeys with three bedrooms. Each has a private front garden behind a dry pressed brick wall and security gate.  There are landscaped garden at the rear with a Modwood timber deck and fittings for an outdoor barbeque.  The gardens are connected to the interior spaces by wide glass sliding doors that allow for a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
Parking is accessed from the private rear lane and four of the terraces will be constructed with separate studio accommodation above the garages.

Concurrent to the terraces are 11 apartments set in a custom formed Titanium Zinc façade over precast concrete panels.  The intention of the design is that the natural materials, zinc, brick and raw concrete, age gracefully.

All apartments will feature 2.75metre ceilings in the living spaces, floor to ceiling glass, timber floors on soundproof underlay, and Miele appliances throughout the kitchen which features stone top benches and splashback, and polyurethane cabinetry.  Each will be fully air conditioned with separate zones for the bedroom and living areas.
