Six storey commercial tower over two basement car park levels. Located opposite busy Indooroopilly Shopping Centre between an existing medical centre and church. Walton worked closely with the client to redesign the façade to achieve striking street appeal at no additional cost.

The awarded winning Box Hill Police Station was completed as part of the Labour Government’s investment in community safety. The 24‐hour station houses uniform officers, a criminal investigation unit, a transport management unit and a sexual offences child abuse unit. Comprising of two levels of offices, two courtyards and a lower ground open car park; the building is complimented by a glass curtain wall, stone feature walls and a Vitrepanel facade. The new environmentally sustainable facility also incorporates a rainwater harvesting system for toilet flushing and landscape irrigation.

Walton Queensland undertook the construction of a new Club house, new tennis courts including fencing and lighting, new grandstands, amenities platforms and tiered seating. The project also involved bulk earthworks and civil stormwater works. The construction was divided into two stages ensuring that four tennis courts remained available to the public at all times.

Demolition and installation of a new kitchen including all new appliances, upgraded services for the gas and electric cooking implements, one additional exhaust fan hood and the reuse of two existing exhaust fans, ceramic floor and wall tiles, and epoxy finished ceilings. Significant structural alterations to the existing premises and the installation of a new suspended slab. Concurrently extensive additional works to the South Dining Room took place in the original historic building. Construction took place during school holiday's within stringent time constraints.

Refurbishment of an existing 10 storey office building. Works included substantial structural alterations, extended floor plates, new facade and complete new services. Works were carried out as a Construction Management contract and included Design Management. Project valued at approx $11.5m

Construction of a seven storey office building in South Yarra. Due to tight space constraints, the building houses 3 ½ levels of split level underground car parking with access from Yarra Street. The building was designed to take maximum advantage of natural daylight and boasts large wrap around terraces and outdoor spaces. The building has achieved a 4.5 Star (Green Star) rating with internal Fitouts achieving Six Star (Green Star) ratings.

Located in a new building, the integrated fitout works involved new partitioned offices, specialist joinery, concealed sliding doors, operable wall systems, designer lighting and a concealed project screen. Open plan workstation areas and brekout areas are a feature of this project.
