The complex includes 12 independent consulting rooms, 4 psychologist specialist suites, 5 bed treatment area complete with nursing station and computerised emergency call system to all rooms and two levels of underground secure car parking. Other tenancies include a pathology suite with 4 consulting rooms, X-ray centre with digital X-ray technology system, café and full service pharmacy.

Refurbishment was a challenging mix of technical fitout and construction work. Major demolition works undertaken whilst the hospital remained operating over the Christmas Break. New sleep studies centre with special facilities and a new comprehensive bariatrics ward were constructed. Significant latent conditions relating to the construction of a new 5 storey fire stair were dealt with as works proceeded on levels 4 & 5 while levels 1, 2 and 3 continued to operate.

Construction of a new 36 bed residential aged care facility and associated clinical areas consisting of consulting suites, support services, associated site infrastructure, civil and landscaping works. Family and sitting areas are positioned in each of the two wings to offer a quiet space for families to gather. Grey water recycling system provides ample water for non-drinking purposes. 

The kitchen or "super kitchen" was designed to produce 12,000 meals per day then frozen for distribution to 18 public hospitals for plating and issued to the wards. This facility used state of the art kitchen equipment and the size and type had never before been used in Australia. 

Project consisted of 2 floors of laboratories and 1 floor of offices, reception area, meeting rooms and lobby.

The upgrade and refurbishment of 52 patient suites including bathroom facilities and nurse call services.

Green field construction of a new animal hospital at Australia Zoo. The building incorporates a conference area, viewing windows within the main operating theatre for education purposes. The building was designed and constructed using eco friendly materials such as rammed earth walls and straw bales.

Work was carried out over three floors including medical consulting suites, extension to ward, construction of new research laboratory with existing basement car park and internal stairs connecting levels.
