Walton Queensland was awarded the contract to undertake the construction of a 10 storey mixed use development. The basement houses the car park, plant rooms and storage areas, ground and first floors are office tenancies and levels 2-9 incorporate 80 studio and 1 bed units (10 per floor).
Constructed largely from in situ reinforced concrete but also with pre-cast columns from ground to roof level featuring fin walls from level 2 to the roof. Externally the building is clad with a mixture of off form concrete and metal wall cladding.

Walton was appointed to construct this 4 level building comprising of retail tenancy and carpark on the ground floor and level 1, whilst levels 2 and 3 house a total of 31 aprtments, consisting of either 1 or 2 bedrooms.
