Pre-Construction 

By working closely with our clients from inception Walton is able to develop comprehensive construction solutions for each project as well as offer construction advice and potential cost savings whilst maintaining design intent.  We strive to give our clients the benefit of our construction expertise from the earliest stages of design, providing commentary on current market trends and buildability.

Enhanced design solutions can also promote the early procurement of long lead-time items improving critical path management of the project ensuring construction milestones are achieved. 

Construction

Walton also applies its progressive construction approach to win; Lump Sum, GMP, Design and Construct, Construction Management and Management Contracting tendering processes.  With years of accumulated experience among senior management, Walton is often able to deliver superior construction scheduling and subcontractor management which enables us to tender competitively for any project.
We have the capacity to handle large scale projects within operational environments or green field sites and have extensive expertise in both exterior and interior asset refurbishments, as well as the ability to perform delicate heritage restorations.  
 

Fitout and Refurbishment

The Walton Team has extensive experience in fitout construction, working in both operational and new build environments.  We have the capacity to handle major interior projects and have a vast portfolio of expertise in; corporate interiors, general commercial office space, retail, health and aged care, hospitality, education, the mining and resources and government sectors. Our diverse team has the ability to run minor churn projects through to significant new build fitouts and total asset refurbishments.  Our highly experienced team is dedicated to delivering high quality craftsmanship on every project, often within tight timeframes.

Customer Care

Walton’s Customer Care team specialises in maintenance and small construction and fitout works, bridging the gap between large scale construction, fitout and refurbishment projects.   This on-demand service is available 24 hours a day and can perform anything from lock repairs to projects of a larger scope that might include make good works, office extensions or relocations.

Coupled with Walton’s traditional divisions; Customer Care offers the ‘Complete Walton Package.’ We see these two important service areas as paramount, working hand in hand with our commercial construction and fit-out divisions. Customer Care is available immediately to service the ongoing needs of our clients offering professional maintenance services on demand.
