Walton projects are carried out under all of the traditional forms of contract: Tendered Lump Sum, Construction Management, Design and Construction, Property Development etc. Increasingly though, following their general enthusiasm to achieve significantly better project outcomes, our Clients are turning to us for Negotiated Contracts.

Under this preferred delivery process we are involved in the project from the early design stage. This enables us to provide commentary on current market trends in constructability and material selection. Enhanced design solutions can bring about the early procurement of long lead-time items easing the way for a project which may be otherwise time restricted.

Award Winning Construction

Walton operates in all Commercial sectors. The refurbishment of the Victorian Legislative Assembly Chambers in Melbourne’s Parliament House is one of the finest examples of our skill not just in refurbishment work but very sensitive Heritage projects in particular. That project won the Excellence in Construction Award for its category in 2004. At the other end of the spectrum is the multi-story regeneration of 606 St Kilda Rd. The complete stripping of this building was followed by its transformation into a modern commercial office building with new services, façade and all internal finishes and facilities.

We have an established strong reputation in the education sector, completing projects for all sectors and denominations of the market. Korowa Girls School features as the winner in its category of the Excellence in Construction Awards in 2003.

Financed Solutions

We have developed the capacity to bring Financed solutions to a project. Whether this is just providing Turn Key Finance or providing long term equity, Walton Construction can provide the solution.

Customer Care Division

Recognising a shortfall in the market for a maintenance and small works provider resulted in our formation of our Customer Care Division.

We can provide service to our Clients in all areas from repairing a door lock through to carrying out large scale highly complex building projects.

To facilitate these services Walton Construction has dedicated a team of experienced personnel, skilled in servicing Client needs in all facets of Building Works.

We also have fully equipped Maintenance Van, with multi-skilled drivers to carry out those small maintenance jobs in demand, or visiting your facility on a more regular basis.
