Director
Craig Walton, the director of Walton Construction, oversees every Walton project.

Craig's experience includes 20 years in the construction industry as a Site Manager and Project Manager, working for four of Australia's leading Building Groups.

During the ongoing development of Walton Construction, the successful delivery of all our projects is naturally of paramount importance. Consequently, the commitment of the Director is absolute.

Victoria State Manager
Ivan Krizmanic has been with Walton Construction since early 1994. He has had extensive experience in commerical fitouts, greenfield institutional facilities and fast track projects.

Ivan has worked on numerous high profile corporate fitouts with leading architects in Melbourne and Sydney. His experience covers all aspects in the industry, from tendering, administration, project management and client representation.

Ivan returned to Melbourne as our Victoria State Manager after successfully establishing our Sydney division. In this role he oversees a highly motivated group of managers to ensure the success of his business unit.

NSW State Manager
Tim Christie joined Walton Construction in 2007 as the NSW State Manager, having over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and previously working for Walter Group and St Hilliers.

Tim is highly respected for his ability to deliver difficult projects to the clients’ satisfaction and is very good at bringing together all stakeholders - client, consultants, project staff, sub contractors, suppliers and end users - to ensure the desired outcomes of all interested parties are met.

Tim's excellent personal skills will enable him to contine building the NSW branch and further strengthen the Walton presence within the market.

Queensland State Manager
Robert Jennings' vast experience in high quality commercial and retail fitouts over the past 17 years has enabled Walton Construction Qld to hand over high quality projects.

Robert has managed a range of projects from conception to occupancy and specialises in fast track projects.

Robert plays a key role in the further strengthening of Walton Construction in Queensland.

Project Teams

All Walton projects are tightly controlled to achieve the best possible outcome. Our teams include Construction Managers, Projects Managers and Site Managers all strongly supported by Head Office administration.

Project Managers
Walton Project Managers provide our Clients with a single point of accountability for their project. We employ the best project managers and provide them with ongoing training to ensure they are best suited to control their projects. Financial control systems, strict procurement procedures, absolute induction procedures and continuous monitoring ensure the desired outcomes are achieved. Where appropriate, the Project Managers report to a Construction Manager who has extensive experience. This provides further support as our teams work together to identify solutions to Construction Issues.

Site Managers
Likewise our Site Managers are selected for their extensive experience in delivering projects to the satisfaction of the whole team. Their role on site constitutes the front line of our projects and includes programming coordination and control of all aspects of the site works. Our site managers are responsible for the continuous monitoring of workers on site and provide feedback to the PM when assistance with control or performance is required. Site Managers also form the central point of control for Occupational Health and Safety and Industrial matters. They are assisted by our Shop Stewards and Safety Reps to maintain a safe working environment on site.

Subcontractors
The final links in the project delivery process are our Subcontractors. The majority of the work is carried out by Contractors who have been working with us long term delivering the highest quality workmanship in the shortest time. This is of paramount importance to achieve the project goals. Our Contractors enjoy working on our projects as they know the work will be tightly controlled and coordinated to minimise their time on site. This knowledge combined with Walton’s unquestionable financial reliability results in Contractors providing preferred status to the company.
