The New South Wales office has recently won the contract to Design and Construct the next stage of Abbotsleigh Junior Girls School.  The D&C project will include a 3,800m2 covered area, Junior School Resource Centre, infant precincts, early learning centres, teacher rooms and stores.  Bleacher facing play ground areas will be beautifully landscaped.

The external facade will be finised with textured paint on Hebel wall panels and CSR Express Wall System.  The floor is on average 1.5m above ground and will consist of precast floor panels.  Other salient features are operable walls, vertical lift, carpet and vinyl floors, tiles to wet areas and walkways, timber screens and glazed windows.

The approximate value of the project is $6.7 million and is due for completion in October 2009.
