The Y Care Development consisted of 52 independent affordable housing living units including bed sits and one and two bedroom units. The units were housed in five separate two and three storey walk up buildings on a sloping site. Internally the units consist of simple low maintenance finishes including tiled floors throughout and laminate kitchens.
